DECEMBER 1924

12 FRIDAY

Fog lifted but grey in the heavens. In evening I went out to Miss Hodge for supper. Miss Plincke, Steiner lecturer, also there. Afterwards we went to hear M. Coué. I came away with a feeling of affection for him. His personality has earned him his place honestly. He is so sure & assured & reassuring in a world of upheaval where the old land marks have been blown to pieces I can see how he affects the affectable.
