After lunch Dr brought me to John Crerar & thence she & I had dinner with the Nestors, a happy evening - sad to let Dr go. A lovely dinner & a baked fowl. Overheated luxury.
Sunday 22
Owen Nestor took us for grand drive past old Lloyd Home & about N. Shore & also they all escorted me to train with gifts of fruit & food - oh the heat! Very hot in train. Arose & got off at Buffalo at 6.45 a.m. Did not tip negro! First time I had such pluck, but he was unamiable.
