Saturday
Went again to the Panama Steamers office
and received payment for the Kaikoura's
washing £32.10.0 and left the same at
St. Barnabas Parsonage with Mrs. Smith.
Mary Horden and Ann Scanlan are very idle, they will not
stay to sew in the diningroom - but ramble about.
Mrs. Ayton brought Mary Brown back and paid 12/- (the wages for one month)-

Sabbath 18th
Mr. Roberts came from S. School to [sup] give an [end sup] address 11 [sup] o clk [end sup] and in the after'n Rev H. Gaud sent a Minister from [deleted text] Maitland [end deleted text] Bathurst.

In the eve'g Mr. Selby numbers of inmates 37.

Monday 19th
Took Mary Brown to Mrs. Capps to try to get
her a Nurse's situation.
