Mr Mills preached at 11 o clock Mr Gaud at 3 we had no minister at night we had prayers at 1/2 past seven the inmates very attentive
Monday 13th
Work commencing quietly well behaved all day
Tuesday 14th
The inmates working well and quietly. Anne Gaul engaged with Mrs Pawsey to go to service to Brisbane Water and is gone this afternoon.
Wednesday 15th
All going on well
Thursday 16th
The inmates working steadily and quietly
Friday 17th
Mary Mack is very ill this morning suffering from spasms. Agnes O'Brien also ill the other inmates working well and quietly a quarrel arose in the laundry which I quelled at once a man [of Hennerly] of the name called and wanted us to take his daughter in saying he would pay anything if we would take her. I sent him to Mrs Goodlet.
Saturday 18th
The inmates quietly going on with their work
Sunday 19th
Mr Roberts very ill Mr Moses Preached at 11 O'clock. Mr Fletcher at 3 O'clock Mr Watt at 7
Monday 20th
Waited upon the Treasurer with sundry accounts and to ask if anything was to be done for the inmates in the coming demonstration for the Prince he said he did not know anything at present
