Mrs Shepherd of Chatsworth came to ask
if she may engage a Servant from the
Institution. I recommended Annie Miller
if the Ladies would give permission - and
promised to give an answer next Thurs Mtg.

19th
Sub Committee Mng 4 Ladies present
went in the Evening to see Annie Miller and
parents who live out on 6 Greens Lane
Annie has been a very naughty Girl
indeed has nearly broken their Hearts and
begged me to be very strict with her.

20th

21st
Mrs Shephurst came and engaged Annie
Miller as General Servant at 8/. per week
asked me to have her ready by next Saturday

22nd
Nothing of particular interest to Day

23rd
Mrs Shepherd came for Annie Mrs Caldwell
who happened to be present, Spoke to her on
leaving.

24th
Sabb Mr Mills preached in the Morning
Mr Gibson Afternoon
Mr Mantoia in the Evening
