Missionary & Matrons book signed. 14 pupils Wednesday 24th Nothing of importance to record 14 pupils Thursday 25th Mr Rowsell conducted eveng service 14 pupils Friday 26th Revd G Trowes conducted service Matilda Pearson sent by the Matron of the Benevolent Asylum received Mary Ellen Friend just from Tempe received waiting the decision of the Ladies Committee. 14 puils Saturday 27th Matron & Teacher out for the afternoon Sunday 28th Mr Hartley conducted morng service Mr Marsh afternoon Do Mr Pemberton brought his Daughter Maggie to be again received she was found wandering about the streets by a Policeman who sent for her Father to take her in charge and bring her to this Institution.
