Meeting of
June 16, 1902

Proceedings of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the
Houston Oil Company of Texas held at the office of the Company
in the city of Houston Harris County Texas this 16th day of June
1902 at 3 pm.

A quorum being present to wit:

Thereupon the following reslutions were presented and upon motion
duly seconded, unanimously adopted to wit:

Conveyance of
20 acres to
T.B. Kirkendall

Whereas prior to the purchase by the Houston Oil Company of Texas of
the G. W Brooks League of Land in Hardin County Texas, a compromise
had been effected with T. B. Kirkendall who was claiming an interest
in said land whereby he agreed to releases the said claim in
consideration of the conveyance to him of the following described
portion of said league, to wit:

Beginning at the south-east corner of the sub-division survey of
160 acres out of the said G. W. Brooksleague ade for B. F. Kirkendall
