the Houston Oil Company of Texas all oil and mineral rights
in said land.

Election of J. O.
Moss as Director

The resignation of R. W. Wier as director being presented upon motion
duly seconded was accepted and Mr. J. O. Moss of Sandusky, Ohio was
unanimously elected in his stead.

Election of S. L.
Shober Jr. as Director

The resignation of Mr. E. J. Eyres as director being presented upon
motion duly seconded was accepted and Mr. Samuel L Shober Jr of
Phila Penn was unanimously elected in his stead.

There being no further business the meeting adourned.
