containing eleven and two-tenths acres; be the same more or
less.

Being one of the tracts that was intended to be excepted
and reserved out of the deed from John H. Kirby to the said
Houston Oil Company of Texas, conveying an undivided
interest of fifty-one one-hundredths in and to certain
tracts of land in Jefferson County Texas, bearing date
May 29 1902, and recorded in the Deed Records of
said Jefferson County.

On motion, duly seconded the meeting was
asjourned.

Proceedings of a Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of
the Houston Oil Company of Texas, held at the office of the
Company in the City of New York, on the 2nd day of September
1902 at 11:00 o'clock A.M. there being present the
following members of said Board to wit:

Thos. H. Franklin
Jay O. Moss
Patrick Calhoun
J. A. Whitaker

A quorum not being present, the meeting was
adjourned until September 3rd 1902 at 11:00 o'clock A. M.

September 3rd 1902, 11:00 o'clock A.M. the Board of
Directors met, a quorum being present viz:

Thomas H. Franklin
Jay O. Moss
Patrick Calhoun
Charles L. Atterbury
J. A. Whitaker

The meeting was called to order by Mr.
Thos H Franklin whereupon, on motion, duly seconded,
the reading of the minutes of the previous meeting of
the Board fo Directors was waived until the next meeting
of said Board.

Authority to convey
Easement to A. F. Kountze

Thereupon, on motion, duly seconded, the
following resolutionwas presented and unanimously
adopted:
