a pipe or pipes and a pipeline or pipelines to
conduct, convey, carry and transport oil, petroleum and
other substances the original of which deed has been
exhibited this day to the Directors of hte Houston Oil
Company of Texas in meeting duly assembled. And
the said President is authorized to execute said
deed as the act and deed of said Houston Oil
Company of Texas.

Resolved further that the Maryland
Trust Company of Baltimore, Maryland be and it is
hereby requested to join in said conveyance and to
release the lein of a certain Deed of Trust executed
by the Houston Oil Copmany of Texas to the Maryland
Trust Company of date the 31st day of July, 1901.

On motion duly seconded, the meeting
was adjourned.

Proceedings of a Regular Meeting of the Board of
Directors of the Houston Oil Company of Texas held
at the office of the Company in the City of New York
on the seventh day of October, 1902 at 11 o'clock A.M.
a quorum being present to wit:

The meeting was called to order by Mr. Thos H. Franklin
whereupon, on motion, duly seconded, the reading of the minutes
of the previous meeting of the Board of Directors was
waived until the next meeting of said Board.

Conveyance by
Pres to G.B. and Gt N.

Thereupon, on montion duly seconded, the following
resolution was presented and unanimously adopted:

Resolved by the Board of Directors of the Houston
Oil Company of Texas that the action of the President
of said Company in conveying the the Gulf Beaumont
and Great Northern Railway COmpany the right of way
other the Donald McDonald league in Sabine County
Texas, the Texas Central Railroad Company Survey No 2
in Sabine County, Texas and the Texas Central
