Railroad Company Survey No. 1, in San Augustine County
Texas, by deed of date October first, 1902, a copy of which
deed has been exhibited to the Board of Directors at its present meeting, be and the same is herby (_id?)
all things approved; and

Be It Further Resolved that the actions of the
President of the said Houston Oil Company of Texas
in conveying to the said Gulf, Baumont and
Great Northern Railway Company the right of
way, across the Texas Central Railroad Company
Survey No. 3 in Sabine County Texas, and the
Texas Central Railroad Company, Survey No. 4,
in Sabine County Texas and the H.T. and B.R.R. Co.
Survey No. 1, in Sabine County, Texas, and the H.T.
and B.R.R. Co. Survey No. 2 in Sabine County Texas,
and the H.T. and B.R.R. Survey No. 3 in Sabine
County Texas and the H.T. & B.R.R. Co. Survey No 4. in Sabine County, Texas, and the (_. _.?) (_?)alin Survey, in Sabine
County, Texas, by deed of date the 30th day of September,
1902 a copy of which deed has been exhibited to the
Board of Directors, at its present meeting, be and the same is hereby in all things approved.
