Bronson, in Sabine County, Texas, which deed
has been exhibited to the directors at their present
meeting by said president;

Resolved further, however, that the growing yellow
pine timber on said site be reserved by the Houston Oil
Company of Texas, out of said conveyance;

Resolved further, that the Maryland Trust Company
be and it is hereby requested to release said land
from the lien of the mortgage executed by the Houston
Oil Company of Texas to said Trust Company to secure
the guarantee of said Oil Company of the Maryland
Trust Company Timber Certificate.

Thereupon on motion duly seconded the following
resolution was presented and unanimously adopted;

Resolved by the board of directors of the Houston
Oil Company of Texas that the President of said Company
be and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute
and deliver to the Santa Fe Townsite Company a deed
covering the town site of the town of Weed in Sabine
County, Texas, which deed has been exhibited to the
Directors at their present meeting by said President.

Resolved further, however, that the growing
yellow pine timber on said site be reserved by the
Houston Oil Company of Texas out of said conveyance;

Resolved further, that the Maryland Trust
Company be and it is hereby requested to release
said land from the lien of the mortgage executed
by the Houston Oil Company of Texas to said Trust
Company to secure the guarantee of said Oil Company
of the Maryland Trust Company Timber Certificate.

On motion, duly seconded, the meeting was
adjourned.
