Pay to William Rickard Pay Master pro tem.
to the Troops in the Territory aforesaid, one
hundred and twenty dollars out of the money
in your hands appropriated for the defensive
protection of the frontiers for the pay of a Detach-
-ment of Mounted Infantry of Mero District
Colo. Isaac Roberts Regiment under the
command of Sergeant Sylvenus Cassleman from
the twenty sixth September, to the seventh —
October 1794, agreeably to pay-roll and your
report thereon of this date, for which this shall
be your warrant.

Given at Knoxville under my hand
& Seal the 15th. day of July 1795.
