The Senate, upon reading for the third & last time the bill originally entitled, "a bill authorising the [treasures?] of Mero District to pay monies on certificate or cer tain [Services?] therein described," have amended the same by non-concurring your amend= ment, & by reinstating the amendment by them made at the second reading, I have amended this amendment by adding, after the words, "to be paid" (in the preamble) the words "by the State" — Should you agree to these amendments, you will please send two of your body to see them made
