The Senate do not concur with you in referring the petition from Sundry in= habitants of Mero District, praying that the Road from South West Point to Sumner County be repaired; & propose this is to be refered [sic] to a joint committee of the too two houses & name on their part Mr. Douglass & Mr. Rutledge To which they request your concurrence
