Peace, for the Several counties, and on their
part nominate John Bayly, ^in room of Jno. Tipton resigned, as a Justice of
the Peace for the County of Washington
and Patrick Henney, in the place of James
Carmichael who refuses to qualify, & James Lea
in the room of James [Laddye?] resigned, for
the County of Jefferson
