Willie Blount Governer [sic] in and over the State of Tennessee

To usher of the Treasury of the State,
Pay John Sevier two hundred eighty Seven
dollars fifty cents, as compensation for five hundred
and seventy five pounds of Gunpowder delivered
the State of Tennessee, and in full of an allowance
made him by the fifth Section, of an act entitled
"an act to provide for the payment of the members
Clerk, and the door keeper of the present General
Assembly and for other purposes" passed the 22nd.
November 1809 and they Shall be your warrant

Given under my hand and the seal of the
State this 21st day of April 1812-
