Resolved, That His Excellency the Governour be reques-
ted to transmit copies of the foregoing resolution to the
Senators of this State, and the Representatives of the people
thereof, in the Congress of the United States ; and that he
also transmit to the Executives of the several States, like
copies, to be laid before the Legislatures thereof, soliciting
their extertions and co-operation with this Assembly, in pro-
curing the aforesaid amendments to be adopted, and made
a part of the Consitution of the United States.
