This day personally appeared before me one of the acting Justices of the Peace for the County aforesaid, Joseph Porter, and made oath that he preformed the above Services as stated in the account, and that he was employed by Andrew Hynes Adj. General of the State under the authority of Gov. Blount to do the same. Given[ lined through] Joseph Porter
