B-1-8 Willie Blount Governor in and over the State of Tennessee
To either of the Treasurers of the State
Pay John B Hood Three Dollars in full of an allowance made him by the second section of an act entitled "an Act to provide for the payment of the Secretary of State and John B. Hood " passed November 11th 1811 and this shall be your warrant
Given under my Hand and the Seal of the State at Knoxville the sixth day of December 1811.
