Sir

I herewith enclose
copy of record showing that John
C Neal is charged with the crime
of murder, this is done at the
request of the friends and relatives
of the deceased, who desire that a
reward may be offered for his
apprehension, Such as your excellency
may deem proper.

Description of John C. Neal
said Neal is about five feet 9 or 10
inches high rather stoop shouldered red
sandy hair, florid complexion light
blue eyes sharpe nose very quick spoken
rapid walk about thirty five years of age
