Dear Sir

I hereby resign the office of Attorney General for the Thrice Judicial Circuit to take effect from the above date.

I deem it my duty further to state that the circuit court will sit at Decatur in Meigs County on the first Monday in this month. And at Cleveland in Bradley County on the first Monday in May.
