Agreeably to the requirements of a Law of this State, I have the honor to transmit to your Excellency one Copy of the 8th Volume Mississippi Reports for the use of the State over which you preside, and am required to ask respectfully, as I now do, an interchange of your Laws and Reports for the use of this State, You will please acknowledge the receipt of this Volume.
