Dear Sir)

I herein inclose you the
certificate of the clerk of our court
certifying the removal of Joseph Frank,
Esq from this county, which leaves
the neighbourhood from which he
removed remotely situate from a
Justice of the Peace; you will discover
from the short Petition drawn up
in a hurry, with but few signers
to that George Ailsworth is the person
recommended to fill the vacancy. I
have been long acquainted with Mr.
Ailsworth, and know him to be a
man of experience, and integrity
he once haveing [sic] acted in the commission
of the Peace in this county, and rendered
general satisfaction, and I have
no doubt would if appointed do
so again. I therefore hope you will
commission him, and forward his comm=
=ission so that he may be qualified at
our next court which, sets the third
monday
