In Conformity with the accompanying
documents and the Constitution of the
United States I have to request your
Excellency to Issue such process as you
may deem necessary to bring the said
defendant to justice - I am Sir yours
with respect

having sustained the loss complained of in the
inclosed proceedings, and feeling interested in bringing the offenders
to Justice, I take the liberty of recommending, John McCrosky the
sheriff of Monroe County, or am myself willing to be com-
-missioned by your excellency to go and demand of the proper
