Sir
I had the Honor of receiving yours of the
6th Inst relative to a Demand on the Governor
of Georgia for Charles G. Smith = I have
seen Mr. Miller according to your request
& have sejested [sic] your Ideas to him & he is
Determined ^to have the the Demand made there=
=fore you will please Send or Direct the
Demand to William McCray of this county
as my famely [sic] is unwell & my business is
such that I cannot leave home
I have the Honor to be yours respectfuly
