statements of the material facts connected with the bequest by
Mason Lee of Marlboro' district South Carolina, to the State
of Tennessee - I pursued and was governed by the letter of
instructions submitted to me by your Excellency for my guide;
and I trust that my agency may meet the approbation of the
Legislature and yourself
