death of Mr Carloss the Executor of which
I have been informed. today will put
every thing afloat again and may possibly
endanger the final decision in favour of
the will. No man was better qualified
to prosecute such a suit to a successful
issue than he was. He had Collected
a mass of testimony on the sanity of the
testater, which I thought placed the suc
cess almost beyond doubt; I know
not into whose hands the Case may
now Come, but I am certain the successor
will not be able to manage it, more des

to the Executive Government of Tennessee
It will become a question of interest to
those interested, to select some efficient
successor of the deceased Executor
The Coexecutor is to be appointed by
the Baptist associates of Tennessee, and
is to be a first rate Baptist preacher
