The undersigned Judges of the Supreme Court of
the State of Tennessee now sitting at Sparta do certify
to his Excellency the Governor in and over said
State, that there are pending in said Supreme
Court at Sparta, at the August term thereof, A. D.
1827, the following causes to hear and determine
which, there is not competent the number of
Judges required by law; That is to say:
