I Briwell M. Garner Clerk of the Court of the pleas
and Quarter Sessions for the County Certify that
Robert Dickson an ailing justice of the peace
for Capt. Carty's Company resigned his appoint
=ment at the January Term 1831 of said Court
and that Stephen Alexander formerly a justice
of the peace for the same Company in said
County departed this life some time since
28^th April 1831.
