Dear Sir - The undersigned,
judge of the Circuit Courts for the third judicial circuit
hereby notified you, that within four days past he has
been afflicted with the Rheumatism. The attack is so
severe that he is now confined to his room, and will
be unable to attend and hold the ensuing terms of
the Circuit courts in said Circuit, without endangering
his health -
The fall term of the courts in said circuit
commences at Sparta on the third Monday in this
month.
