Gov. of Tennessee,

Sir,
The Gov. of Illinois will not-
be at Vandalia, but at this palce
when the Acts and Journals, are
forwarded, for Illinois - I wish you
to send them to Belleville from which
place they rode be forwarded to
the Sect'y of State.

The Gov. is now absent
and for that reason I send you,
what he would do if he was
here.
As a private citizen of this
state I wish to see the Acts and
Journals of Tennessee - It being
my former residence -
