before another justice can be appointed it is
requested by them that you will if the Governor
makes an appointment forward it as soon
as possible to Elliott x Roads, (Ky.) M^r. Brock
lives near there - it is desired that the appoin
tment, shall reach here - sometime before the
4^th monday in next month, at which time
the County Court sits.
