D. S. Jennings Esquire has a wish to receive
the appointment of Attorney general in the
district lately fill'd by Dunlap, I will merely state
that the interest of the State could no be confid
-ed to safer hands, He stands at the head of
the bar in the courts in which he
practices- The State of society here requires
an efficient prossecutor
