without being objected to by Counsil- which
prevented the Supreme court from examaning its
illegality- upon the whole your petitioners
from what they have understood, believe that
said Nelms is Victim about to be sacrificed
to the rascality & villany of Walker, & that
however much he may be to blame for the
part he took in the transaction yet his offence
is not one of so heinaus a nature as to Justify
his death and your humble petitioners
