I, Charles G. McChesney, Secretary of State of
the state of New Jersey, do hereby certify that
the foregoing is a true copy of a Joint Resolution
passed by the Legislature of this State, February
11, 1842, as taken from and compared with the
original now on file in my office.

In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set
my hand, and [illegiable] my official seal, at Trenton, in said State, this twelth day of
