LEGISLATIVE REPORT UPON THE FRANKING PRIVILEGE AND POSTAGES:
The committee to whom was referred the documents communicated to the Senate by His Excellency the Governor at the commencement of the session, from the Legislatures and the Executives of other States of the Union, having had under consideration the following resolutions, adopted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of New York on th e9th of April last, and transmitted to the Governor of this State, to be laid before the Legislature thereof, to wit:
