Treasury Department July 7^th 1845 Sir I am indebted to you, I pressume, for a pamphlet headed " Report of the President of the Bank of Tennessee," and containing Statements of the condition of the Bank of Tennnessee at (?) periods of the Union Bank on Oct 9^th 1843, and of the (?) Bank on Nov 16^th 1843 I am further indebted to you, I presume for copies of the report made by the commttees appointed in 1843 to examine the Bank of Tennessee and it handles These socuments are very accpetable, and that headed "Report of the President of the Bank of Tennessee" would if it were complete afford a view of the couditon of the Bank of Tennessee, for different periods from October 1841 to September 1843; but, unfortunately all the pages from 33 to 48 inclusive are wnting. If you can give me a complete copy of this document you will oblidge me. There is still wanting a return fro the Bank of Memphis, to complete a (?)
