seccertary at Knoxville if there is any need of
any Recept Abraham Skidmore is hearby
authorised to sign my my name and to any
Recp^t and hit shall be as good as if I my self
had signed the same/ and ^I want you to give
my Brothe all the Infermation about or Expence
whether Cost allowed were any thin or not
