October Sessions 1818.

Be it remembered that heretofore Towit:
on the 20^th day of October A. D. 1818. the Justices of the
court of pleas and quarter sessions in and for said county
proceeded to the appointment of Sheriff, and to that office
do appoint Thomas Taylor, who took the oath prescribed
by law and together with James M^cClarn, James
Randals and William Erwin entered into an acknow-
ledged bond in the sum of five thousand dollars
conditioned as the law requires -
