I am directed to transmit to
your Excellency the accompanying Report &
Resolutions entered into and adopted by
the General Assembly of Maryland at their
late session; And to request that your
Excellency will have the goodness to lay
the same before the Legisature of your
State at the earliest possible period, Whose
Co-operation is most respectfully solicited
towards the attainment of the objects therein
