Sirs, You will perceive from the within petition that it is the desire of the assigning petitioners to remit any further Punishment on a poor but unfor= tunate object who is now confined in our Jail if the petition meets with the approbation of your Excellency please send on his reprieve. I am dear sir with Sentiments of respect Yours Respectfully [illegible] D. J. Kenner?
