I John Kelly clerk of the court of pleas
& Quarter sessions of Marion County by
my Deputy Stephen Hick, do certify
that David Miller esqr [where?] attestation appear
to the annexed probate or affidavit, was at the
date of the same and now is, an acting Justice of
the peace in and for the said County of Marion
duly commissioned and Qualified, acting under
the authority of said state and that due faith
and credit is and ought to be given his official
acts as such .- Given under my hand & private
seal (having no official seal) as offerd this
18^th of Oct 1821.
