I John W. Wilson coroner for the
County of Bradley in the state aforesaid
do hereby report to his Excellency the Govern-
or of the state aforesaid that Alexander
Webb of said County has committed
Wilful and deliberate Murder and
has fled from Justice and refers his
Excelency, to a copy of the Inquest
Written underneath - to wit
State of Tennessee
Bradley County

We being duly ellected impann
elled sworn and charged by the coroner
of Bradley County, as [?] of Inquest to
inquire how when and in what manner
Shadrack M Taylor came to his death
on our oaths we say that one Alexander
Webb on the 19th day of October 1839
