A. B conceiving himself aggrieved by the Sheriff of
County has made application to have the
Sheriff's bond for performance re assigned to him
for the purpose of bringing suit. Is an actual
assignment necessary, and if so can it be made
on a copy, and in what manner is it to be done? Your answer
to these queries will oblige
