Sir,

I suppose it proper to acquaint your Excel-
lency, that I have received your favour of the
7th instant, notifying me of the time and place
determined on for the meeting of the commis-
sioners, &c. to establish the state line &c
and that I shall endeavour to attend ac-
cordingly.
