same

To William Black ^esq Treasurer for the District of
of Mero.

Pay to George Roulstone Public Printer two
hundred dollars in part payment for the printing
of the Acts and Journals of the General Assembly
begun and held at Knoxville on Monday the
twenty eighth of March, one thousand seven
hundred and ninety six and this Shall be
your warrant [illegible]
