Sir
Sir
on advising with the Attornies general, It is their
opinion, that for the books belonging to Martin Armstrongs
office to be removed out of this state, would be improper
and highly detrimental to the interest and endanger
the real property of all concerned-
You will therefore be pleased to deliver all the books
and papers in your possession to [the Honble Judge
Tatom on his order, that may be relative to the said
office - You are at liberty to take such
authenticated copies and trancripts of the records
as you may think proper - which I hope will be
amply sufficient, for the detection of any frauds
alledged to be committed
