His Excellency, Governor Sevier

Sir.

I have search'd the records and find, that
Drury W Breazeale esq^r. was licensed to
practise law in the several County courts on
the 14^th of April last.

He has came forward with
certificates from two of the Judges, and
wishes to obtain a license to practise in the
Sup^r court I herein incolse a blank for
that purpose, provided you think it expe=
dient to execute the same.
