We whose names are hereunto
subscribed, being Judges of the Superior
Courts of Law and Courts of Equity
for the State aforesaid, do certify
that we believe George Duffield esqr
is well quallified [sic] to practise as an
Attorney in this State, in the several
Courts of Law & Equity for the same
